thoughts + reflections
it was kinda weird, but in a good way. it was clear the parents were strange (affluent protective over their kid couple hiring someone in recovery to take care of their gifted kid) but then it got paranormal so i was like ok if ghosts in involved maybe its just naive pure thought parents. i dont think i would have reached for this book if i knew it was going to have paranormal vibe, it’s usually not my vibe but it was ok! the way they described adrian was also kinda hilarious (in a what the heck are they yapping about kinda way), they played up his latino lover vibe with the spaniglish and descriptions of tan skin.
